Sarah Ameh Bags CIISM Fellowship, Deepens Agribusiness Leadership Profile

ABUJA — Mrs Sarah Ameh, Chief Executive Officer of Sol Agronomies Limited, has been inducted into the Fellowship cadre of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM), earning the professional designation FCISM in recognition of her professional standing, leadership and contribution to the enterprise and agribusiness ecosystem.

Ameh was inducted on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Murjanatu House, 1st Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, during CIISM’s Executive Strategic Master Class and Fellowship Induction Ceremony, which brought together executives, professionals and practitioners from diverse sectors for high-level engagement on strategic management, organisational performance and institutional leadership.

An accomplished entrepreneur, agribusiness executive, development advocate and social-impact leader, Ameh’s professional trajectory spans enterprise development, agriculture, women’s economic empowerment, gender equality, climate action and sustainable community development. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sol Agronomies Limited, established in 2014, an organisation with United Nations ECOSOC Consultative Status, through which she has pursued initiatives across agribusiness, enterprise development, skills acquisition, sustainable livelihoods and value creation.

Under her leadership, Sol Agronomies has developed a diversified portfolio of products and solutions, including AnimalBand, Crop Smart farming systems, Greek yoghurt and healthy organic treats, reflecting her focus on harnessing agricultural innovation, food production and enterprise development to create practical economic opportunities and advance sustainable development objectives.

Beyond her entrepreneurial responsibilities, Ameh is the Founder and President of HEMA Foundation Africa (Hope Empowerment and Mobilisation for Advancement Foundation Africa), a social-impact organisation committed to creating hope, empowering generations and advancing inclusive development. Through the foundation, she has championed programmes and partnerships focused on women and girls’ empowerment, gender equality, education, livelihoods, disability inclusion, climate and environmental action, and community development, including collaborations with the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Nigeria.

Her interventions have supported women farmers, rural women entrepreneurs, vulnerable women and girls, children and underserved communities, with emphasis on access to finance, skills development, economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods. Speaking during the masterclass, CIISM Registrar, Dr. Adelanke Oyintoke, DECISM, ACA, MNIM, FCE, ACIA, underscored the importance of timely, accurate and relevant information to organisational success. He also emphasised the need for coherent organisational structures, clearly defined responsibilities, effective reporting systems and disciplined implementation in translating strategic intent into measurable outcomes.

Also speaking, Dr. Rotimi Mathew of Mentoring and Coaching Nigeria, Abuja, examined strategic leadership and highlighted the importance of discipline, strategic direction, performance measurement, risk management, innovation and continuous institutional improvement. He stressed the need for executives to translate strategic vision into coordinated action while continuously recalibrating organisational priorities in response to changing business realities.

Ameh’s admission into the CIISM Fellowship thus represents a significant professional milestone, while the FCISM designation adds strategic-management depth to her executive portfolio.
