PAAN Founder, Kingsley Onuche, Champions Integrity, Ethical Leadership at Business Summit

ABUJA — The Founder of Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network (PAAN), Dr Kingsley Onuche, has called for greater emphasis on integrity, ethical leadership and responsible business practices as critical pillars for building sustainable institutions and credible organisations.

Onuche made the call while serving as a Guest Panelist at the Integrity Business Summit 2026, where he participated in a high-level conversation on integrity, leadership, ethical decision-making and responsible business practices.

The session provided an opportunity for stakeholders to examine some of the challenges confronting entrepreneurs and organisational leaders, particularly the delicate balance between profitability, business pressures, personal principles and the need to preserve long-term credibility. 

Speaking during the engagement, Onuche stressed that integrity should transcend personal morality and become an institutional value capable of shaping leadership decisions, organisational culture and business relationships.

According to him, ethical leadership remains essential to building stronger institutions and ensuring that businesses not only achieve financial objectives but also create meaningful and sustainable impact in society.

He noted that entrepreneurs and leaders are often confronted with difficult choices in the course of running organisations, making it imperative for them to maintain principles that can withstand pressure and short-term interests.

The summit also provided a platform for the exchange of perspectives among business leaders, professionals and other stakeholders on the importance of accountability, responsible decision-making and trust in contemporary business environments.

He reaffirmed his conviction that integrity must remain at the heart of leadership, stressing that sustainable progress requires leaders and organisations capable of earning and maintaining public trust.
