Onogwu Victory Bags CIISM Associate Member, Deepens Professional Footprint in Strategic Communications

ABUJA — Onogwu Victory, a distinguished Business Development Strategist, Public Relations Consultant and Strategic Communications professional, has been elevated to the Associate cadre of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM), further accentuating a professional trajectory defined by strategic communications, business development, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement and creative leadership.

Victory was inducted on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Murjanatu House, 1st Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, during CIISM’s Executive Strategic Master Class and Fellowship Induction Ceremony, which convened senior professionals, executives and practitioners for high-level discourse on strategic management, organisational leadership and performance optimisation.

His elevation to the  Associate grade followed the fulfilment of CIISM’s prescribed professional requirements and was conferred in accordance with the Institute’s established by-laws and professional standards. The distinction further reinforces his professional standing within the strategic management community and recognises his growing contribution to the intersection of information, communications, business development and organisational strategy.

Based in Abuja, Victory has built a multidimensional professional portfolio spanning more than twelve organisations and multiple strategic campaigns. He operates at the convergence of strategic communications, relationship architecture, brand influence and enterprise growth, with a demonstrated capacity to translate organisational vision into compelling public narratives, cultivate strategic alliances and deploy communication strategies that strengthen visibility, credibility and stakeholder confidence.

The programme reinforced the imperative of moving beyond strategy conception to disciplined implementation and measurable institutional outcomes.

Speaking during the masterclass, CIISM Registrar, Dr. Adelanke Oyintoke, DECISM, ACA, MNIM, FCE, ACIA, underscored the strategic indispensability of timely, accurate and relevant information to organisational success. He further emphasised the importance of coherent organisational structures, clearly delineated responsibilities, effective reporting lines and disciplined execution in converting strategic intent into sustainable performance.
