CIHRM confers fellowship award on Chiemeziem Nzeagwu

The Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Nigeria, conferred its highest professional honor on Chiemeziem Nzeagwu, president CSF International,  during its annual congress.

A statement on Saturday said that Chiemeziem was inducted along with 128 other Eminent persons into its body of fellows at the 2025 edition of the Conferment of Fellowship Award , in Abuja.

Saturday Newsway Media reports that, the prestigious event took place at National Merit Award House maitama, being 1st march, 2025, further reinforces Chiemeziem's commitment to excellence and his role as a thought leader in shaping his organization.

Responding to the award, Nzeagwu told journalists that it was a dream come true, describing it as a laudable achievement to be recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management. He promised to uphold the institute's ethical integrity and contribute positively to its growth.

Speaking on the utilization of human resources in Nigeria, Barrister Nzeagwu  lauded the private sector's initiative in filling the gap left by the government in harnessing Nigeria's human resource potential. He urged the federal government to actively support the development of these untapped human potentials, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and contributing to a nation where youth are fully included.

On the sidelines of the awards ceremony, Chiemeziem thanked the institute and expressed elation and satisfaction with the training, noting its usefulness in managing human behavior and character at all levels, especially concerning legal aspects.

" He urged human resource managers to strike a balance between the interests of employers and employees to achieve maximum workplace results. He emphasized that fairness, integrity, and trust are crucial catalysts for organizational growth and advancement.

Speaking at the event, the Coordinator of the Council, CIHRM, Dr Aliyu Elias , charged the new fellows to continue to contribute to the growth of Human resources management as a profession in the country.

This year Conference/Induction/Award Conferment Ceremony was a resounding success, as CIHRM conferred fellowship awards on several distinguished individuals. This esteemed recognition honors their outstanding achievements, innovative spirit, and tireless dedication to creating a positive impact in Nigeria and beyond.
