Encomium as Titilola Adeyemi Receives Fellowship Award from Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management

ABUJA — Encomium has continued to trail the conferment of a Fellowship Award on Mrs. Titilola Adeyemi, Deputy Director, Federal Character Commission, Department of Human Resources, by the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Nigeria.
The prestigious recognition was conferred on Adeyemi at the Institute’s 2026 Annual Conference and Induction Ceremony, held at the Nigeria Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja, where human resources professionals and stakeholders converged to examine contemporary workplace dynamics and deliberate on the future trajectory of human resources management in Nigeria.
Speaking after receiving the fellowship, Adeyemi expressed appreciation to the Institute for the recognition, describing the honour as both a privilege and a responsibility to deploy her enhanced knowledge and professional competence towards effective staff management and institutional development.
“With this new feather, I can take care of the staff very well now because I have learned,” Adeyemi said, stressing that the professional knowledge acquired would further strengthen her capacity to manage workplace challenges and contribute to improved organisational performance.
She commended the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Nigeria, for its commitment to professional development, capacity building and the advancement of human resources practice, noting that the annual conference provided an important platform for practitioners to exchange knowledge, interrogate emerging trends and develop strategies for navigating the changing landscape of human resources management.
