Odoge Emmanuel Bags HR Fellowship Award, Advocates Strong Human Resources Governance

Odoge Emmanuel has been conferred with a Fellowship Award by the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management Nigeria in recognition of his contributions to human resource practice, leadership, and organizational development.

The award was presented during a ceremony and induction programme held on May 9, 2026, at the Nigeria Merit Award House, where human resources professionals, stakeholders, and industry leaders gathered to celebrate excellence in the profession.

Odoge Emmanuel, who is the Chief Executive Officer of Odogeman Capital Consultant Limited, was recognized for his dedication to advancing effective human capital management and strengthening workplace systems across sectors.

The institute described him as a professional whose commitment to ethical standards, strategic workforce planning, and organizational efficiency has distinguished him within the human resources field.

Speaking at the ceremony, he urged government institutions and agencies to prioritize the deployment of competent human resources managers to ensure proper coordination, accountability, and effective management of public resources.

He emphasized that strong human resources structures are essential for reducing mismanagement, improving productivity, and enhancing service delivery across both public and private institutions.
