Dr. Gbadewole Amos Champions Real Estate Excellence at Crown Elite Realtors Conference 2026

ABUJA — In a move aimed at strengthening professional standards and enterprise capacity within Nigeria’s property sector, Crown Elite Realtors has convened its 2026 conference in Abuja, bringing together key practitioners, developers, and marketers for advanced business development sessions.

The conference was organised under the leadership of Dr. Gbadewole Amos Kayode, Vice-Chairman of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria–FCT and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Crown Luxury Properties, as part of efforts to deepen professionalism and enterprise growth within the sector.

Powered by Crown Luxury Properties, the conference held at The Blanc Hotels and attracted participants from different segments of the property industry, including marketers, developers, consultants, and investors.

Technical and enterprise-focused sessions were delivered by Enterprise Development Centre in collaboration with Lagos Business School and Pan-Atlantic University. 

The programme focused on strengthening institutional knowledge, improving market readiness, and equipping participants with modern strategies required to respond to emerging realities in Nigeria’s evolving real estate industry.

Participants were taken through practical modules covering business expansion, client retention, strategic branding, and the importance of structured management systems in sustaining real estate enterprises.

At the conclusion of the sessions, participating realtors were presented with certificates in recognition of their successful completion of the enterprise development training, an outcome organisers described as a significant contribution toward raising operational standards within the sector.


Speaking at the event, Dr. Gbadewole Amos Kayode said the conference reflects a broader commitment to professional excellence and sustainable business growth, noting that knowledge-driven engagement remains essential for practitioners seeking relevance in a competitive market.

He stated that the partnership with the Enterprise Development Centre demonstrates a deliberate effort to align local real estate practice with globally relevant enterprise principles, adding that Crown Luxury Properties, through Crown Elite Realtors, will continue to support initiatives that promote innovation, structured growth, and long-term sectoral impact across the Federal Capital Territory and beyond.
