Ambassador Dr. Princess Victoria Ibokette has been awarded an Executive Certification in Global Peace following her successful completion of the United Nations Peace Series 0.3 Executive Training on Crisis Response and Community Conflict Recovery,  a milestone that further affirms her growing footprint within international peace and humanitarian diplomacy circles.

The certification, issued on March 2, 2026, under Certificate No. (CRCCR)-016136, forms part of a structured peacebuilding initiative aligned with the policy direction of the United Nations.

The Executive Training is embedded within the 5 Million Global Peace Clusters formation ,  a global framework aimed at cultivating a critical mass of trained peace advocates equipped to strengthen grassroots institutions, reinforce civic resilience, and coordinate humanitarian stabilization efforts across communities.

Reacting to the recognition, Ambassador Dr. Ibokette reaffirmed her commitment to strengthening grassroots peacebuilding efforts and expanding collaborative engagement across institutional and community platforms.
“This recognition further strengthens my resolve to continue advocating for peace, justice, and sustainable development in our communities and beyond,” she stated.

According to official program documentation, the training is aligned with the United Nations Pact for the Future (Chapter II Action, 2021), reinforcing international commitments to preventive diplomacy, coordinated crisis response architecture, and sustainable post-conflict recovery systems. It further advances the objectives of Sustainable Development Goal 16, which underscores the imperative of peaceful and inclusive societies, access to justice, and accountable institutions at all levels of governance.

Within the continental context, the certification resonates strongly with the development blueprint of the African Union Agenda 2063,  particularly Aspiration 4, which envisions a peaceful and secure Africa founded upon sound governance, early conflict prevention mechanisms, and cooperative security frameworks.

Ambassador Dr. Ibokette, widely regarded as a peace advocate and humanitarian voice, now joins an expanding global network of practitioners trained in mediation diplomacy, crisis mitigation strategies, and structured community reconciliation models. The Executive Certificate was endorsed by the Global Peace Advisory Council, a United Kingdom-accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider, with the conferment of 10 GPA points reflecting successful completion of the executive-level curriculum.

Analysts observe that the increasing engagement of African leaders in UN-aligned executive peace education signals a decisive shift toward proactive multilateral participation and locally anchored conflict resolution systems. In an era characterized by complex humanitarian emergencies, climate-related displacement, and socio-political tensions, such capacity-building initiatives are viewed as indispensable pillars in the architecture of sustainable peace.

With this conferment, Ambassador Dr. Princess Victoria Ibokette not only amplifies her humanitarian credentials but also strengthens her strategic positioning within global peace advocacy platforms — reinforcing a diplomacy of compassion, resilience, and community-centered transformation.
