Comrade Garba Musa Shannon Launches Project 4+4 for Tinubu 2027, Signaling Strategic Grassroots Consolidation

ABUJA — Comrade Garba Musa Bello Shanono, Founder and National Coordinator of Project 4+4 for Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 and current National Chairman of the Grassroots Bridge Builders Initiative, formally inaugurated the Tinubu 4+4 Project for2027 

The momentous occasion, held at the illustrious National Women Centre in Abuja, brought together a distinguished gathering of political leaders, party coordinators, and grassroots stakeholders, underscoring the significance of the event in shaping the APC’s strategic roadmap ahead of the 2027 elections.

In his keynote address, Garba Musa Bello Shanono called on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to uphold the existing zoning arrangement, stressing that continuity and strict adherence to party structures remain pivotal for sustaining unity and ensuring institutional stability.

The summit also witnessed the unveiling of the campaign slogan: “With Tinubu 4+4, A New Nigeria Is Possible,” a declaration that underscores the initiative’s commitment to continuity, strategic grassroots mobilization, and the consolidation of reforms at both national and local levels.

In a move reflecting strategic party-building, Comrade Shanono contributed ₦20 million to Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda in support of his bid for the position of National Chairman of the ruling party. The contribution apportioned ₦10 million for the acquisition of the nomination form and an additional ₦10 million to cover logistics and coordination expenses in the lead-up to the national convention, signaling a deliberate effort to strengthen leadership and institutional coherence.

Key programmes launched during the summit included the GBB E-Learning Platform, a National Advocacy Against Drug Abuse in partnership with the NDLEA, and the certification of 10,000 trained participants nationwide — a demonstration of the initiative’s alignment between policy priorities and tangible grassroots empowerment.
The event not only marked the formal commencement of Tinubu 4+4 but also articulated a broader blueprint for party cohesion, demonstrating that disciplined leadership, grassroots engagement, and policy-focused programmes are central to the APC’s strategy for continued dominance and national impact.
