Comrade Garba Musa Shanono Raises ₦20m to Back Nentawe Yilwatda’s APC National Chairman Bid Ahead of Convention
ABUJA —In a significant show of political backing ahead of the forthcoming National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Garba Musa Bello Shanono has donated ₦20 million to Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda to support his bid for the office of National Chairman of the ruling party, allocating ₦10 million for the purchase of the nomination form and an additional ₦10 million to cover logistics and coordination expenses ahead of the convention.
Comrade Garba Musa Bello Shanono, Founder and National Coordinator of Project 4+4 for Buhari/Osinbajo 2019 and current National Chairman of the Grassroots Bridge Builders Initiative and Project 4+4 for Tinubu 2027, delivered the keynote address at the summit, urging President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to uphold the existing zoning arrangement.
He emphasized that continuity and strict adherence to established party structures are essential for preserving unity, reinforcing institutional stability, and positioning the party strategically ahead of the 2027 elections.
At the summit, Comrade Garba Musa Bello Shanono and his team unveiled a compelling campaign slogan, declaring: “With Tinubu 4+4, A New Nigeria Is Possible.” This announcement marked the formal launch of the Tinubu 4+4 Project for 2027.The declaration reinforces confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership and underscores the Project 4+4 initiative’s commitment to continuity, grassroots mobilization, and the consolidation of reforms at both national and local levels.
