ABUJA - Oladipupo Babatunde, the Coordinating Director of Inter-State Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu Grassroots Mobilization, has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree by American Discovery University, USA in a distinguished ceremony held at the illustrious Army Resources Centre, Asokoro, Abuja.
