Ambassador Itodo is the Founder and President of the Peace Ambassadors Advocacy Network (PAAN), a purpose-driven organization operating nationally and internationally to promote conflict resolution, civic participation, human capital development, and grassroots empowerment. Through visionary leadership and disciplined institutional building, he has positioned PAAN as a credible force in peace dialogue, inclusive governance, and community-led development.

The Honorary Fellowship was conferred during the African Education Innovation Workshop 2025 & ISO-Aligned Practice Qualifications Conferment, themed “Revolutionizing Nigeria’s Education & Workforce Development,” an event that marked a milestone in integrating experiential learning, competency-based evaluation, and skill recognition into Africa’s evolving education ecosystem.
