With over 15 years of progressive experience, Rabi has consistently delivered excellence in depot operations, HSE management, and regulatory compliance. Her career spans key regulatory frameworks under the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA) and the Nigerian Midstream & Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), where she has enhanced operational efficiency, safety governance, and sectoral sustainability.

In her current role as Depot Operations / HSE Manager at NMDPRA, Ms. Yusuf leads multidisciplinary teams in streamlining depot operations, implementing rigorous safety protocols, and ensuring full compliance with national energy standards. Her interventions have strengthened stakeholder collaboration, optimized processes, and reinforced Nigeria’s position in global energy governance.
