She holds a BA in English Studies & Media Communications from the University of Buckingham, United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers’ Institute, Kaduna, and a Master’s in International Affairs & Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration (Oil & Gas Specialization) at the University of Abuja Business School, positioning her at the forefront of energy governance and strategic management.

With over 15 years of distinguished professional experience, Mrs. Buhari has navigated academia, government, and the oil and gas regulatory sector with unparalleled distinction.
