 The ceremony, attended by eminent energy executives, industry regulators, policy influencers, and fellow engineers, celebrated not only his technical mastery but also his unwavering commitment to ethical leadership, strategic foresight, and the advancement of Nigeria’s upstream oil and gas sector.

The hall, adorned with soft golden lights and reflective accents, radiated an air of grandeur befitting the conferment of a Fellowship. 

Laughter, applause, and heartfelt encomiums resonated across the space as guests, draped in elegant attire, mingled and shared in the collective pride of witnessing a career crowned with distinction. Every detail—from the gleaming floors to the ornate decorations—reflected the magnitude of the occasion, creating a setting where personal achievement, industry excellence, and communal respect coalesced into a moment of unforgettable splendor.

Mr. Oduwole, a veteran oil and gas professional with over three decades of international experience, has consistently demonstrated exceptional acumen in leadership, technical innovation, and strategic execution. His career spans field engineering, corporate strategy, business development, and executive leadership, reflecting a rare blend of technical brilliance, operational mastery, and visionary foresight.

Currently, he serves as Managing Director of Hybrid Technology Services Limited, overseeing operations that drive innovation, regulatory compliance, and sustainable value creation. He is also Director of GA R&D UK Limited, where he strengthens international partnerships and cross-border collaborations, and Managing Partner of Tunde Oduwole Consulting, providing advisory services in market intelligence, project management, and technical due diligence across diverse global markets.

His distinguished leadership journey includes Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer at Future Oilfield Services Limited, where he successfully executed multiple oilfield facility projects valued at over $40 million, and Regional Operations Manager at Geopro Technology Limited, driving strategic business expansion across West Africa. Earlier engagements at Archer UK Limited, Geoplex W.A. Limited, Vigeo Limited, Schlumberger Nigeria, and Oildata Wireline Services established him as a trailblazer in operational excellence, client engagement, and technical innovation, introducing solutions that improved efficiency, optimized production, and elevated service delivery.

Academically, Mr. Oduwole holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan and an MBA from Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University). He has further honed his expertise through specialized international trainings across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East, encompassing project management, production technologies, well intervention systems, and corporate strategy execution.

A Fellow of the Institute of Business Development and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), and COREN, Mr. Oduwole has consistently contributed to knowledge exchange, mentorship, and thought leadership, shaping the careers of emerging industry professionals and fostering excellence across the sector.
