While receiving the distinguished Fellowship, Engr. Engr. Felix currently serves as Operations Advisor for Chevron Nigeria Limited, overseeing the Houston-Operating Joint Venture (NO-JV), Lagos Chevron Deepwater, and procurement operations. Since 2023, he has served as the Champion for Agbami FPSO, playing a pivotal role in the 2026 Production Campaign, demonstrating exceptional operational oversight, strategic acumen, and leadership in high-stakes environments.

A distinguished engineer, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imo State University and a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering from the Chevron Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Engr. Felix has progressed through multiple operational roles, including Operations Coordinator, Delta South Tapa Supervisor, and MEI DD Supervisor at Escravos, culminating in his current advisory position. His remarkable contributions include the successful overhaul of compressors and gas turbine engines, optimizing production processes and ensuring peak operational performance across complex facilities.

A seasoned professional with extensive international training, Engr. Felix combines technical brilliance with a passion for human capacity development, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. He is recognized for his commitment to operational efficiency, cost optimization, project management, safety, and quality assurance, exemplifying the highest standards of engineering practice. Beyond his professional achievements, he is happily married and blessed with children, reflecting a harmonious balance of career excellence, family values, and personal fulfillment.
