For over a decade, I have journeyed through the corridors of leadership—across governance, civil society, education, and grassroots mobilization—with a singular drive: to empower lives, unlock potential, and raise a generation equipped to lead with integrity, skill, and purpose. That vision crystallized into what is today known as the Ogwus Youth Empowerment and Development Commission (OYEDCO)—a mission-driven institution dedicated to bridging opportunity gaps through strategic investments in human capital.
