Nairu Abdulwahab Auwalu Bags Doctoral Fellowship Award

Nairu Abdulwahab Auwalu, a distinguished security personnel with the Nigerian Air Force, was honored with a Doctoral Fellowship Award from the Institute for Global Peace and Conflict Resolution (IGPCR) during a prestigious ceremony held at the Barcelona Hotel in Abuja on Saturday 3rd May 2025. The award recognizes his unwavering dedication to peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and humanitarian service.

In a meaningful partnership with Protestant University, IGPCR conferred honorary doctoral awards to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering peace, advocating for sustainable development, and championing social progress. Ambassador Auwalu, also inducted into the Institute’s Hall of Fame as a Global Peace Ambassador, has made significant contributions to conflict resolution across national and international fronts.
