Gov Uba Sani is God-sent - Hon Audu Abu Dogora

Honourable Audu Abu Dogora, Speaker of the Chikun Local Government Legislative Council, has lauded Governor Uba Sani for his efforts in unifying Kaduna State and promoting peace among its diverse communities. Dogora referred to Sani as "God-sent" and emphasized that there is "no vacancy" in Kaduna State for the 2027 general election, signaling his strong endorsement of the governor’s re-election bid.

Governor Sani's administration has garnered widespread praise for its focus on interfaith harmony, reducing insecurity, and advancing inclusive governance. His leadership has fostered trust and stability, earning support from a broad range of groups, including Christian leaders and key figures from the APC in Southern Kaduna. This growing backing reflects the positive impact of his policies in uniting the state and ensuring progress across all sectors

" He specifically praised the reopening of the long-abandoned Birnin Gwari Road, noting its transformation into a safer route and its role in restoring peace and stability in the area

He stated that, before the recent improvements, the Birnin Gwari road was notorious for kidnappings and banditry, making it a dangerous route for travelers. Terrorists and bandits frequently attacked vehicles, forcing many to take alternative routes like the Suleja-Bida road. However, recent security efforts have brought significant improvements to the area, with reports showing a notable reduction in criminal activities and an increase in safety along the highway. As a result, the region has experienced a return to relative peace, which has allowed for the resumption of economic activities and safer travel for both locals and visitors.

Governor Sani's administration has been recognized for its security initiatives, including distributing vehicles and motorcycles to security forces and passing the Kaduna State Security Trust Fund Bill.  His efforts in rural development, education reform, and healthcare revitalization have further boosted economic growth and improved living standards across Kaduna State.

Honourable Dogora expressed his commendation of Governor Uba Sani at the National Councilors Forum of Nigeria's retreat in Abuja, highlighting the governor's impactful policies, particularly in the areas of security and infrastructure development. 

His endorsement reflects the growing support for Governor Sani’s administration, which has made significant strides in improving the safety and development of Kaduna State. 

In addition to praising the governor’s achievements, Honourable Audu is actively campaigning for Governor Sani's re-election in 2027, emphasizing the importance of continuity in the progress made under his leadership.

Honourable Audu Abu Dogora expressed his satisfaction and gratitude to the organizers of the workshop, noting that it was the first of its kind he had attended since taking his oath of office. He emphasized that the knowledge gained from the workshop would be instrumental in strengthening their legislative framework. 

Dogora encouraged fellow participants to apply the insights they had gained to enhance governance and improve service delivery, underscoring the importance of continuous learning and capacity-building for effective leadership.
