CIHRM Confers Doctoral fellowship Award On Fati Usman Gadzama

The Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Nigeria (CIHRM), conferred the prestigious  Doctoral Fellowship (FCIHRM) on Mrs. Fati K Usman Gadzama, Assistant Director at the Federal Ministry of Finance, during its annual congress held in Abuja.
 
The CIHRM is the leading professional body for HR practitioners in Nigeria, committed to advancing the HR profession and promoting ethical standards.

Fati K Gadzama,  was among 46 distinguished individuals inducted into the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management, Nigeria's (CIHRM) Doctoral Fellowship at the 2025 Conferment of Fellowship Award ceremony in Abuja on Saturday. The ceremony recognized their significant contributions to various fields.

Saturday Newsway Media reports that, the prestigious event took place at National Merit Award House maitama, being 1st march, 2025, further reinforces  Fati 's commitment to excellence and her role as a thought leader in shaping the ministry of finance 

It was a new day for human resources executives in both private and public sectors last Saturday, as the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management inducted new members into various categories of membership- doctoral fellowship, full fellowship and Associate fellowship.

Responding to the honor,  Fati expressed her elation at being a member of the institute, stating that she feels fulfilled and is eager to contribute to the growth of human resource management within her organization.

Speaking at the event, the Coordinator of the Council, CIHRM, Dr Aliyu Elias , charged the new fellows to continue to contribute to the growth of Human resources management as a profession in the country.

This year Conference/Induction/Award Conferment Ceremony was a resounding success, as CIHRM conferred fellowship awards on several distinguished individuals. This esteemed recognition honors their outstanding achievements, innovative spirit, and tireless dedication to creating a positive impact in Nigeria and beyond.
