Patricia Balogun a trailblazer - Hon. Samuel Danjuma

Hon. Amb. Samuel A. Danjuma has expressed his support and admiration for Hon. Patricia Balogun, the Vice Chairmanship candidate in the forthcoming local government election in Lokoja. 

He extolled her as a trailblazer, being the first Lokoja-born Ebira woman to reach this notable position. Hon. Patricia’s distinguished background includes her role as a former Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Women Affairs to the late Chairman of Lokoja LGA, MDM, as well as her long-standing commitment to the party—qualities she inherited from her late father.

With her wealth of experience and active role within the party, Hon. Patricia Balogun brings a unique perspective and dedication to her joint ticket with the Chairmanship candidate, Hon Abdullah Adamu. 

Hon. Amb. Samuel is confident that under their leadership, Lokoja LGA will experience meaningful transformation aligned with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo’s people-focused mandate.

Samuel Danjuma who lauded the Kogi state Government led by His Excellency Ahmed Usman Ododo  for recognizing the gender inclusivity. Noting that it was a testament to unwavering commitment to good governance and gender inclusivity.

This is a significant achievement, highlighting Governor Ahmed Usman' Ododo's commitment to gender equity and recognition of women's indispensable role in driving socio-economic development.

He congratulates the APC and the people of Lokoja, affirming that this ticket represents a strong step forward for the local government. "Congratulations to CAA/PAT and to the good people of Lokoja—APC got this right," he remarked, confident in the positive changes that are on the horizon.
