FCT: Golden See Limited, Seeks Security Protection As They Take Possession of the Land

A property development firm, Golden See Limited has written to Security Agencies seeking protection as they expressed readiness to take full possession of the Land Situated at Kugbo extension 11 layout FCT Abuja.

The facilitator of the firm, Ambassador Patrick Ojo disclosed that the firm will soon be on the site for groundbreaking exercise, following the recent judgement of an FCT High Court, which upheld the ownership of the Land in favour of them 

Meanwhile, Ambassador Ojo has written to Four Security Agencies seeking protection, Nigeria Police Force, ( NPF) Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, (NSCDC)  Department of State Service (DSS ) and Economic and Financial Crime Commission ( EFCC ). 
In his letter of Notification/ Application copied to the above mentioned Agencies for protection and cover for lawful possession of the Land at Kugbo extension 11 layout of FCT -Abuja .

 He said the notification is to ensure safety and prevent possible breakdown of Law and Orders as they are ready to re-take the Land in line with the Court judgment delivered by Justice O.A Adeniyi of FCT High Court.
 The plot, which covers about 1000 square metre for each of the subscribers.
