Firm lauds FCT Minister for Land Allocation As Court rules in Favor of Golden See Limited

Justice O. A . Adeniyi of  FCT High Court, Maitama, ruled in favour of  plaintiffs, Ojo Patrick and 47 others, as the bonafide owners of  the Plots of land situation at Kugbo extension 11 layout FCT, Abuja. The Judgement was delivered on 31st May 2024.

The Facilator to Golden See Limited, Ambassador Ojo Patrick thanked the Honourable Minister of FCT, Barrister Nyesom wike for general template on land allocation since his administration come in board.

Mr. Ojo expressed satisfaction on the ruling thanking God for the fourtheen years journey of Court case that earns him and others victory as the rightful owner of the land, while described the experience as tough and stress.

The Counsel to the Golden See Limited also, write to the Honourable Minister of FCT and  FCDA to honour and adhere to the Court judgement as the government that prides itself with rule of law, to ensure the Claimants  reap the fruits of their labour.

The court gave the ruling in the suit filed by Lawrence Alabi & Co against FCT Minister and two others, at the FCT High Court over the ownership of (plots) of land located at Kugbo extension 2 FCT, the Court delivered the judgement in favour of the plaintiffs.  

Court declared that the plaintiffs were the bonafide allottees and owners of plots of land situation at Kugbo extension 11, FCT Abuja.

The certified true copy of the judgement, delivered on 31st May, 2024,  was sighted by the Newsway Media at the press Conference organized by the Facilator,  Ambassador Ojo Patrick 

The Court gave an order of perpetual injunction restraining the respondents, by themselves or through their agents, servants or privies, from further trespassing on the Claimant’s land.

The Facilator to the Golden See Limited, Ambassador Ojo Patrick Idowu  has written to the FCT Commissioner of Police  and the FCT State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, seeking protection and cover for lawful possession, to ensure safety and to prevent any possible breakdown of Law and Orders in the process of entry.

Golden See Limited & Co has been declared the lawful occupant of the Plots of land situation at Kugbo extension 2 FCT Abuja.
