This was disclosed by Dr. Afiz Oluwatoyin Ogun, the Director-General of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), during his address at the Nigerian Artisans’ Leadership Summit (NALSUM) 2025, held at the National Centre for Women Development, Abuja.
