Accolade As Adigun Dauda Gets Specialist Productivity award, As SPAP holds Conference

Glamour, glitz endued with grace flowed  as some of Nigeria’s leading school Heads got deserved recognition at the  Schools Productivity Assessment Program ( SPAP), as Adigun Dauda Gbadebo, Head of School at Tarbiyyah STEM School Abuja,
 has been honoured  by the Africa Integrated Productivity Institute.

The conferment ceremony which took place in Abuja being 15th August, 2024, further reinforces Dauda's commitment to excellence and his role as a thought leader in shaping the future of  students 

Mr Adigun Dauda is   an excellent educational administrator, team player, goal getter with over two decades work experience in educational field

It is an honor well-deserved to be conferred the award of specialist Productivity by Africa integrated productivity institute. This recognition will strengthen his commitment towards Educational excellence 

Responding while  receiving award, Mr Dauda  Adigun thanked council, and the Management of the institute for the award, which he said, is one of the ways to acknowledge  leadership 

“I am humbled and grateful to receive this award, It is a testament to the power of resilient , dedication and the impact one person can have on their students , I dedicate this award to everyone who has supported me on this journey and look forward to continuing to serve humanity.”

While addressing the journalists, he expressed satisfaction as everything was done base on verifiable performance and professionalism. He promised to championing the crusade of industrial awakening 

"He said Productivity is a crucial determinant and driver of long-term competitiveness and economic growth, and a vehicle towards prosperity and higher standards of living. 

"He maintained that the award is the Hallmark of his dedication to duty and hard work in ensuring Nigeria becomes a productive nation, promised to do more in enhancing the capacity of his students. 

Gbadebo says, Teachers are driver of productivity, Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.”

Mr. Adigun Dauda is a shining example of the positive change that can be achieved through innovative mentality 

The event was not just a celebration of the specialist Productivity  Award to Adigun Dauda  and other eminent personalities; it was a testament to the unwavering support and love that has been extended by friends and strangers alike to move the schools Productivity Assessment program  forward in terms of Policy formation, implementation and  sustainability .
