Prowess varsity confers honorary degree on Alao Micheal ONIMISI

Prowess University in Delaware, United States, and Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management (CIISM) Nigeria, has conferred a Honourary Doctorate Degree(PhD) in Leadership and Management on Dr Alao Micheal ONIMISI 

He received the awards alongside other eminent Nigerians drawn from different parts of the country and works of life at the 10th edition of the prestigious annual  Awards  Lecture and Summit which took place on Saturday at the University of Abuja main campus. 

 Professor Eze Nwauba, the African representative of the Prowess University, said ONIMISI and other recipients of the doctorate degree were honoured because thier professional distinction, integrity , excellence in leadership and selfless service to humanity.

Eze, who decorated the recipients of the honour alongside other scholars, congratulated them and urged them to be worthy Ambassadors of the university in all thier endeavors.

While speaking with newsmen on the sideline of the event, ONIMISI lauded the Prowess University and the organisers of the Awards for celebrating his diligence and service in nation building.


He  said the honourary doctorate degree in Leadership and Management bestowed on him as well as the Distinguished fellow  were inspirations to do more in service to humanity.

Dr. Michael is a dynamic and versatile professional of many sides with over a decade of multi-sectoral experience.

He is  a pragmatic professional with a unique blend of expertise in  Auditing, and Financial Management.

A statement by the prowess University  said  ONIMISI was deserving of the honour given his track record of excellence in Financial leadership 

The statement described  Micheal as a great ambassador of Nigeria who has carved an enviable niche as one of Nigeria’s prides in Banking sector .
