CIPDM INDUCTS NEW MEMBERS IN ABUJA

The Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, CIPDM , had on Saturday, 8th of June, 2024 held a professional training and induction ceremony for some outstanding Nigerians in Abuja.

The banquet hall, National merit house award, the venue of the induction was filled with the inductees, friends and family members.

The president/chairman  of the Council of Fellows, Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management, Prof. Mike Ikupolabi, while delivering the training lecture, charged the inductees to be a good ambassadors to the nation and the world at large.

While speaking with the journalists, one of the newly inducted fellows, Bar. Agbeminoja Olatunji George, said managing crisis was one of his long time dreams, adding that from the beginning to the end, one must learn how to manage crisis.


Mr Agbaminoja Olatunji said: "crisis is inevitable. once you have the diplomatic skill to manage crisis and conflict, you have a peaceful society. this is one of the stages in life you must prepare yourself for"

He maintained that the western world did have crisis but they have the required skills to mange it, noting that people must locate such institutes like the CIPDM to acquire those skills.

Mr Olatunji commends the institute for establishing such a place of learning and acquiring skills that helps to solve  problems in the society, adding that CIDPM promotes the art of relationship in our relationships. He charged the institute to go far, stating that there were a lot of Nigerians who want to belong to the institute.

Highlight of the event was the presentation of certificates and award plaques to the inductees.
