Financial Expert, Zaynab Momoh , advocates integration of AI into businesses

A Tax Consultant and Financial management expert , Zaynab Momoh Adetunji, has said Artificial Intelligence (AI) communication tools will facilitate business growth, highlighting its potential in streamlining communication processes and fostering collaboration. "Adding that, AI, is an opportunity but not a cost , it has come to simplify the work process.
"She made this known while speaking with NEWSMEN at the recent event organized by the Society of women accontants of Nigeria , (SWAN) , emphasized the pivotal role of AI in fostering business growth.
The event which took place at Nigerian National Merit Award House, Maitama, Abuja.
"She encouraged Nigerians to take advantage of AI Technology to reconstruct their businesses.
"She stressed the need for women to bring their products to showcase in social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp . Adding that, some businesses doesn't required large capital to start.
While giving the lecture, she said, " you must not operate physical shop before you make your sales, you must not own a product before you advertise. You just need strategy with the help of social media, you can buy and sell, she added.
Zaynab is an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer services industry. Possess a comprehensive background in Risk Management, Taxation, Forensic Accounting, Cryptocurrency Taxation and Auditing.
"She is Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sales, Sales Management, and Team Building. Talented at establishing clear project guidelines and defining the scope of each project from the start.
ZAYNAB shared insights into the challenges businesses face with communication in today’s fast-paced digital environment, saying: “As teams grow, communication becomes more complex and challenging. Traditional communication channels often lead to information overload and inefficiencies.”
Recognizing this gap, Zaynab highlighted the significance of AI-powered communication tools.
She explained, “AI communication tools offer intelligent solutions to streamline communication processes, enabling teams to collaborate more effectively and make data-driven decisions.”
According to her , AI is an opportunity for every organization to recognize but not a cost, it is an avenue for us to be upskills.
" Adding that, it doesn't come to replace our workforce or our businesses.
"She advised that, in a digitalize economy, finance should not be the major challenges in setting up business. Noting that, an online platforms should be created at first to get your customers inform.
"She maintained that, women should be thinking outside box, not to leverage on only one sources of income. She emphasized on diversification process .
“Whether it’s a small start-up or a large enterprise, AI communication tools can be tailored to meet the unique needs of any organization,” she stated.
She added, “By leveraging AI, businesses can deliver personalized and timely communication to their customers, leading to improved experiences and loyalty”.
